Event Planning Services
Gold Package
Includes 8 hours of service the day of your event. *Any additional time needed can be added at an hourly fee.
The GOLD PACKAGE includes:
-Event management the day of your event to ensure your pre-planned schedule is being followed as you desire.
-Work with your venue to ensure posted rules are followed by guests within our means
-Assist in setting up cake, food, props and decor provided by an event designer
*If 4K Events and Designs LLC provides the props and/or decor for your event, these fees will be a separate payment/contract/invoice and your Design Services will include a 5% discount.*
Platinum package
Includes 1 month (30 days) of planning for your event.
Includes 8 hours of service the day of your event. *Any additional time needed can be added at an hourly fee.
The PLATINUM PACKAGE includes:
-Event management the day of your event to ensure your pre-planned schedule is being followed as you desire.
-Work with your venue to ensure posted rules are followed by guests within our means
-Assist in setting up cake, food, props and decor provided by an event designer/client
-Assist in finalizing event schedules.
-Follow up with pre-booked services such as catering, bakers, event designers, rental companies, etc.
-Assist in picking up pre-paid orders the day of the event (these trips are included in the 8 hours reserved for your event)
*If 4K Events and Designs LLC provides the props and/or decor for your event, these fees will be a separate payment/contract/invoice and your Design Services will include a 5% discount.*
Diamond package
Includes 6 months of planning for your event.
Includes 12 hours of service the day of your event. *Any additional time needed can be added at an hourly fee.
The DIAMOND PACKAGE includes:
-Event management the day of your event to ensure your schedule is being followed as you desire
-Work with your venue to ensure posted rules are followed by guests within our means
-Assist in setting up cake, food, props and decor provided by an event designer/client
-Assist in picking up pre-paid orders the day of the event (these trips are included in the 12 hours reserved for your event)
-Create personalized schedules with you to ensure that your event is seamless
-Provide reservation services such as bakers, catering, event designers, rentals, etc.
-Accompany clients to tastings, venue walk throughs, dress fittings, etc.
